Pregnancy and perinatal outcomes of crown−rump length discordance in the first trimester−a retrospective cohort study of dichorionic twin pregnancies after in vitro fertilization
Conclusion(s)Discordant twin pregnancies were at increased risk for one fetal loss prior to 12 weeks’ gestation. Except for birth weight discordance, there was no significant difference between CRL discordance and other adverse perinatal outcomes.
