Peripheral manifestations in spondyloarthritis and their impact: an ancillary analysis of the ASAS-COMOSPA study.

CONCLUSION: Peripheral manifestations appear in 64% of patients with SpA. Psoriasis and the absence of HLAB27 are associated with the development of peripheral symptoms.
