Ill give you a brief idea but it may differ depending if you're in england, scotland or anywhere else.

You need to get good GCSEs/Nat 5s. (mainly As.)
You then need really good Highers/Alevels (AAAAB is minimum for highers, A*AA is min for A levels I think)

While getting great grades you also need a minimum of around 6 months of volunteering/working in a caring environment, getting experience in hospitals/GP, reading about medicine/reading medicine related books such as "this is going to hurt", doing a bit of reading medical news stories and doing extra curricular activities such as sport, music or art.

And you also need to do the "UKCAT/UCAT" or the BMAT which is are really hard annoying tim...
