Linking endotypes to omics profiles in difficult-to-control asthma using the diagnostic Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation algorithm.

CONCLUSIONS: Our study introduced a novel diagnostic classification approach, the CMSDA, for difficult-to-control asthma. This is an alternative way to categorize diverse syndromes and link endotypes with omics profiles of this disease.
