Goto, Koshi Ikeda, Hideomi Yamauchi, Nobuhiro Ogino, Takuji MogamiSummaryGenerally, CT and MR images of antiresorptive agent-related osteonecrosis of the jaw (ARONJ)/medication-related osteonecrosis of the jaw (MRONJ) show nonspecific findings as seen in active osteomyelitis.However, there are some characteristics as follows; unilateral maxillary sinusitis adjacent to ipsilateral maxillary ARONJ/MRONJ, DRONJ presenting larger sequestrum and periosteal reaction more frequently than BRONJ, BRONJ resulting from intravenous administration of the drug presenting larger and more frequent buccolingual cortical bone perforations than BRONJ from oral administration, and better diagnostic accuracy of extent of perilesional soft tissue inflammation on MR imaging than CT. The CT and MR imaging features of ARONJ/MRONJ are summarized in this report.

Abstract Short-term systemic corticosteroids, also known as steroids, are frequently prescribed for adults in the outpatient setting by primary care physicians. ConclusionOur results show a paucity of high ‐quality online A/V educational material pertaining to sinusitis, with a majority of videos being neither understandable nor actionable. As patients increasingly turn to internet video databases like YouTube for medical information, it is critical that physicians and institutions create A/V materi al that is accurate, understandable, and actionable.

ConclusionSinonasal complications, including nasal obstruction and chronic sinusitis, occur frequently after definitive treatment of sinonasal malignancy and should be addressed when considering quality of life in survivors.
