Oral tolerance versus immunological mechanism in children with cow ’s milk allergy
Cow ’s milk allergy (CMA) appears to be the most common food allergy in children worldwide. Our goal is to correlate oral challenge tests (OCT) results to age and immunological mechanism in pediatric patients with CMA diagnosis followed in a Brazilian referral center of Allergy and Clinical Immunology .
