CONCLUSION: LP-WGS offers an unbiased and high-throughput way to investigate CNVs and tumor fraction in cfDNA of cancer patients. It may also be valuable for monitoring treatment response, detecting disease progression early, and identifying emergent clones associated with therapeutic resistance.
