Hemoglobin Optimization for Coronary Bypass: A Ten-Year Canadian Multicenter Experience.
CONCLUSIONS: The results of this study suggests that preoperative hemoglobin optimization may be effective in reducing red blood cell transfusion following CABG, particularly for patients assessed ≥14 days preoperatively.
