Ultrasonographic evaluation of lung parenchyma in sarcoidosis
Conclusion: The number of CTA is increased in sarcoidosis compared to healthy cases. Negative correlation between number of CTA and %DLCO with increased CTA counts in case of parenchymal involvement showed that horacic USG can be used in evaluation of parenchymal involvement of lung.
