Late Breaking Abstract - Influence of omalizumab therapy on airway remodelling assessed with high-resolution computed tomography (HRCT) in severe allergic asthma patients

Conclusions: Despite clinical effectiveness of omalizumab, its effect on airway remodelling may be limited. HRCT is a reliable tool for assessing airway remodelling.
