Successful single ‐stage laparoscopic surgery using a preoperative self‐expanding metallic stent in patients with obstructive colorectal cancer

ConclusionIn patients with obstructive colorectal cancer, SEMS appears to be more effective than a decompression tube as a preoperative treatment to achieve successful laparoscopic resection without stoma.
