Shipyard Workers Seek To Bar Evidence Of Investigation In Lead Poisoning Case

MADISON, Wis. - A group of shipyard workers on Oct. 31 filed a brief in Wisconsin federal court, arguing that the district court should grant their motions in limine and bar all evidence and references to a federal investigation related to allegations of lead poisoning at the shipyard where they contend they were injured (Donald Holden, et al. v. Fraser Shipyards Inc., et al., No. 17-636, W.D. Wis.).
