ConclusionThe diagnosis of ovarian torsion in pregnancy is rare. Compared with nonpregnant women, laparotomy and conservative management are more common among pregnant women. Treatment of ovarian torsion in pregnancy has comparable outcomes with treatment in nonpregnant women.
