Allergen-specific sublingual immunotherapy is dose- and duration-dependent in a murine allergic rhinitis model

We developed a novel JC pollinosis mouse model, which was used to evaluate the efficacy, including the long-lasting effects, of SLIT. Our study emphasizes that SLIT modifies disease activity in a dose- and duration-dependent manner.
