In this study, we aimed to describe sexual function in Puerto Rican women with IBD. METHODS: We conducted a cross-sectional study of women with IBD at the University of Puerto Rico Center for IBD. Patients were invited to anonymously complete the validated Spanish version of the Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI) questionnaire. On this 36-point scale, a score of 26.55 or less is defined as sexual dysfunction. CONCLUSION: A 37-year-old man developed infusion-related angioedema with use of infliximab-abda. Discontinuation of the biosimilar product along with supportive care brought about resolution of angioedema. CONCLUSIONS: In the present study, the clinical course of CD was similar to previous reports during the first year after diagnosis, but the following years were considerably more stable with moderate increase of intestinal damage and totally a low frequency of surgery and no repeated surgery.
