Successful treatment of severe menorrhagia at menarche with recombinant factor VIIa in an adolescent girl with type III von Willebrand's disease
We present an adolescent case with type III vWD who had a menorrhagia at menarche that was refractory to the standard treatment and ultimately was treated with rFVIIa successfully.
