Transoral and endoscope-assisted transoral approaches to resecting benign tumours of the parapharyngeal space located in the medial portion of the carotid sheaths and extending toward the skull base: our experience.

CONCLUSION: Based on our studies, we assert that transoral and endoscope-assisted transoral approaches are suitable in managing parapharyngeal space benign tumours located in the medial portion of the carotid sheaths and extending toward the skull base.
