Surgical Accuracy in Inferior Maxillary Reposition

Inferior maxillary repositioning is among the least stable and least predictable orthognathic procedures. The purpose of this study was to investigate whether posterior movement occurred with inferior maxillary repositioning and analyze potential causes.
