090 Long noncoding RNA expression profile in monocyte-derived dendritic cells from patients with systematic lupus erythematosus

There is increasing interest in the potential involvement of lncRNAs in SLE etiology, owing to aberrant function of lncRNAs in cell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, development and immune responses. Aberrant expression of lncRNAs affect the function of moDCs and thus influence clinical diseases. The aim of our study was to explore lncRNA expression in moDCs of SLE patients to provide new insight into the pathogenesis of SLE. LncRNA and mRNA microarrays were performed to identify differentially expressed lncRNAs in moDCs of SLE patients compared with normal controls.
