557 PROMIS pediatric sleep-wake function measures correlate with objective sleep disturbance in atopic dermatitis
Most children with atopic dermatitis (AD) suffer from sleep-wake disturbance. Guidelines recommend assessment of sleep in AD, yet methodology is lacking. We performed a cross-sectional study of the new PROMIS Pediatric sleep measure (sleep disturbance/SDI and sleep related impairment/SRI) in child/parent dyads. Participants ages 5-17 years with AD had assessments via self (if ≥8y) or parent-proxy for disease severity (Patient Oriented Eczema Measure (POEM)) and health-related quality of life measures.
