[Peritoneal gliomatosis.]

CONCLUSION: The association of peritoneal gliomatosis ovarian teratomas is rare. Although the primary treatment and patient monitoring is focused on the teratoma, control should be maintained of peritoneal implants because of the possibility of malignancy.
