Transthoracic Ultrasound Evaluation of Arch and Descending Thoracic Aortic Pathology.

CONCLUSIONS: DUS has the potential to be used as a diagnostic modality for thoracic aortic pathology, and may have a role in surveillance for some patients for whom CT scanning is contraindicated.
