Test-Retest Reliability of the SERT Imaging Agent 11C-HOMADAM in Healthy Humans

Conclusion: Good-to-excellent test–retest reliability was observed for SERT binding in the striatum. The dorsal raphe ICC value was sensitive to a measurement outlier. 11C-HOMADAM binding potential calculated from the simplified reference tissue model and the multilinear graphical model were robust and in good agreement.
