Differential microRNA expression in cultured palatal fibroblasts from infants with cleft palate and controls

ConclusionsFor the first time, we have shown that several miRNAs appear to be dysregulated in palatal fibroblasts from patients with nsCLP and nsCPO. Furthermore, large-scale genomic and expression studies are needed to validate these findings.
