Computer ‐aided system for diagnosing thyroid nodules on ultrasound: A comparison with radiologist‐based clinical assessments

ConclusionThe sensitivity of a thyroid ultrasound CAD system in differentiating nodules was similar to that of an experienced radiologist. However, the CAD system had lower specificity.
