Neuroprotective Effects of Oleocanthal, A Compound in Virgin Olive Oil, in A Rat Model of Traumatic Brain Injury.

CONCLUSION: Results indicated that OC has a protective effect on neural cells after TBI. This effect is achieved by reducing oxidative stress and apoptosis.
