Spontaneous Involution (Regression) of a Solitary Cutaneous Myofibroma in an adult patient: Case Report

This report describes the historical, clinical, and histopathological features of adult myofibromas and a novel manifestation that may guide future clinical considerations when approaching solitary tumors with regressive features.
