Specific question regarding adversity form?

Thread Starter Specific question regarding adversity form? Follow 5 hours ago 5h ago Hi, after applying to a medical school I was sent an adversity form asking if there had been any circumstances that have hindered my ability to study and sit exams (family death, illness etc). I suffer from a hereditary form of insomnia that I have had since I was a child and have always managed to cope However in the past year (likely due to stress) it has gotten harder to control and is impacting my school work. For the first time I had a seizure like thing a day before my UKCAT exam which according to my doctor was brought on by sleep deprivation. Although this affected my exam, I don't know if I should mention this on the form as it may not be relevant or considered a substantial adverse circumstance and may even put me in a negative light. Should I mention it? Thanks so much
