Subject to the availability of funds, the U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL), Bureau of International Labor Affairs, will award a cooperative agreement for a technical assistance project to improve the effectiveness of the Peruvian labor inspectorate, with a focus on the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion (MTPE)?s newly-formed National Superintendency of Labor Inspection or ?Superintendencia Nacional de Fiscalizacion Laboral? (SUNAFIL).
