Substitution of monounsaturated fatty acid for linoleic acid and the risk of ischemic stroke
Aim: The influence of dietary factors on stroke risk is limited. But the major n-6 polyunsaturated fatty acid linoleic acid (LA) has been proposed beneficial in prevention of ischemic stroke.
