A pilot trial of brief group cognitive ‐behavioral treatment for insomnia in an adult cancer survivorship program
ConclusionsPilot data indicate that a brief, group‐based CBT‐Insomnia intervention in a survivorship setting is both feasible and efficacious. There is a need to increase awareness about insomnia and its treatment among both cancer survivors and oncology providers. If validated in future studies, this novel approach can improve cancer survivors' access to much needed insomnia treatment. Copyright © 2016 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
