First case of drug-induced pseudoscleroderma and eczema craquel é related to nab-paclitaxel pancreatic adenocarcinoma treatment.

A 68-year-old female cachectic patient with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (after pancreatectomy 44 months ago, followed by chemotherapy with gemcitabine for 6 months), was admitted to our department of for further diagnosis of skin lesions. The skin lesions clinically appeared as extensive sclerosis distributed on the feet, especially on their dorsal aspects, legs, knees and inner thigh area. They had progressed for the following 12 months. Keratinization and eczema craqel é like were observed on the calves.
