Call for Applications: International Union Against Tuberculosis and Lung Disease Young Investigator Prize Applications close: 30 June 2014 The Union Young Investigator Prize was established in 2011 to acknowledge a researcher for work in lung health published in the past five years, when age 35 year or younger. The award consists of a full fellowship to attend Union World Conference on Lung Health (including full delegate badge, travel, accommodation and per diem), US$ 2,000 and a certificate presented at the conference. The 2014 award will be presented at the Opening Ceremony of the 45th Union World Conference on Lung Health in Barcelona, Spain (28 October–1 November 2014). Honorees may request that the fellowship portion of the award be used for a delegate who would not otherwise be able to attend the conference. Honorees unable to attend the conference may designate a colleague to accept the award on their behalf. Please be advised that incomplete and/or late applications will not be considered for the award.
