Multi-delay ASL can identify leptomeningeal collateral perfusion in endovascular therapy of ischemic stroke.

CONCLUSIONS: Higher leptomeningeal collateral perfusion scores on CBV images by ASL may be a specific marker of clinical outcome after endovascular treatment in patients with acute MCA ischemic stroke.
