Comparison between Aflibercept, Ranibizumab intravitreal injection on Neovascular Age ‐related macular degeneration patients

ConclusionsFor treatment of neovascular AMD patients, aflibercept might be more effective in serous pigment epithelium detachment than ranibizumab. Because there was no significant visual acuity improvement in serous pigment detachment improvement group in both two treatments, it might be necessary to study further about relationship between visual acuity and serous pigment detachment improvement.
