Discordance Between the Prognostic Impact of MIPI and Overall Survival in a Multicenter Cohort of Patients with Mantle Cell Lymphoma
Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) has historically been associated with poor long-term outcomes in many patients (pts). The MCL International Prognostic Index (MIPI) has attempted to improve risk-stratification by dividing patients into three groups based on available clinical and laboratory data. We conducted a multicenter analysis of MCL pts with robust clinical data to characterize the outcomes across risk categories in a heterogeneous population.
