Focal Prostate HDR Dose Escalation Based on Real-Time Biological Planning in the Boost Treatment of Locally Advanced Prostate Cancer: Long Term Results

We introduced 2006 a new philosophy in the combined external beam (EBRT) and HDR brachytherapy (HDR-BT) boost treatment of localized/locally advanced prostate cancer (1). Long term results are reported.
