[Urological complications after kidney transplantation from extended criteria donors: Ureteroneocystostomy versus pyelo-ureterostomy].

CONCLUSION: This study does not demonstrate the superiority of a urinary anastomosis technique. The establishment of a double J stent reduces the risk of complications. Analysis of risk factors allows to propose a decision tree to guide the surgical strategy, particularly in the population of anuric recipients. LEVEL OF EVIDENCE: 5.
