In Phase 2, the Public Lands History Center research team completed a draft of a comprehensive report on the history of Scotts Bluff National Monument, which it submitted on September 14, 2015. In Phase 3, the team will edit and revise this draft of historical essays. The team will also facilitate broader dissemination of its research through community outreach in the Scotts Bluff area, among other historians at public history conferences, and among National Park Service staff.
