In this study, we investigated the anti-inflammatory effect of GTP extract in human skin cells and 3D skin equivalent. Thus far it has been reported that abnormal TLRs and/or TLR-ligands signaling could lead to inflammation imbalance during cellular aging named inflamm-aging.
