Nature Reviews Nephrology 12, 198 (2016). doi:10.1038/nrneph.2016.25 Author: Andrea Aguilar In patients with glomerular disease, vitamin D deficiency correlates with the occurrence of proteinuria, but vitamin D supplementation is controversial.
