Collaboration among domestic and internationally-based ATTCs will facilitate the exchange of evidence-based best practices that inform both domestic and international substance use disorder treatment practices, as well as the development of peer recovery programs, for HIV prevention, care, and treatment in the context of co-occurring physical, mental, and substance use disorders.
