Correction of endothelial dysfunction in patients with COPD and concomitant arterial hypertension
Conclusions: Endothelial dysfunction were observed in studied patients with COPD and concomitant hypertension. Indapamide SR treatment in complex therapy of COPD and concomitant hypertension leads to a significant reduction of endothelial dysfunction markers (endothelin-1, sP-selectin, ICAM-1), which indicates the presence of pleiotropic effects of indapamide.
