6 Celebrity Trainers Share the One Workout Move They Never Skip

The most likely answer: a personal trainer who is in even better shape than his or her famous clientele. So we had to ask these A-list trainers: What do you do at the gym? (Because we'd like a little magic, too.) Here are the moves they never, ever skip. Astrid Swan Celebrity trainer Astrid Swan is known for her high-intensity boot-camp-style workouts, so it's no surprise she goes hard when it comes to her own. The one move she loves most is dead-lifts. "If you do them correctly, you tighten up the back of the legs--lifting the booty and strengthening your lower back and core!" She adds, "Proper form is key here and I am not afraid to lift heavy with this move (around 65-pound barbells and weights), so I do six rounds of 6 to 10 reps." See how she does it in this video. Bobby and Alicia Strom Celebrity trainers (and power couple) Bobby and Alicia Strom say they focus on the booty. Bobby's go-to move is the Bulgarian split squat--A one-legged squat with one foot elevated on a bench or box. Alicia takes it one step further with superman squats, a move that requires balance because you have to lift your leg and hands up while you squat.
