Participating interns will gain experience in the principles and practices of natural and cultural resource preservation, historic maintenance, and interpretation. NPS staff will assist recipient in selecting projects, teaching new skills, and providing assistance and training in a range of cultural resource preservation, maintenance, and interpretive projects.
