The project will assist cocoa growing communities to design and implement Community Action Plans (CAPs) to address child labor at the community level. The project will also seek to promote educational opportunities for children, including formal and non-formal education and life skills training for youth under age 18; to support access to school feeding programs; and to improve the safety of children attending and traveling to and from school.
