Managing Severe Postburn Wrist Flexion Contracture by Proximal Row Carpectomy and Abdominal Interpolation Flap

Conclusion Proximal row carpectomy shortens the length of the wrist, resurfaces the wrist joint, and provides a release in tendons and other soft tissues.
