Endograft as Bridge to Open Repair for Ruptured Thoracic Aneurysm in a Pregnant Marfan Patient.

We present the case of a ruptured descending thoracic aortic aneurysm in a woman with Marfan syndrome who was 25 weeks pregnant. Emergent intervention was performed using an endovascular repair as a bridge to allow continuation of pregnancy, decreasing fetal morbidity, and allow subsequent later definitive open aortic repair.
