Use of Ketamine and an Interdisciplinary Team Approach to Rapidly Taper a Patient's Ultra-High Opioid Regimen

1. Participants will be able to describe a potential protocol for rapid tapering of ultra-high opioid requirements using subanesthetic doses of IV ketamine.2. Participants will be able to identify possible side effects of subanesthetic IV ketamine and potential non-pharmacological therapies.
