Fetal aortic valvuloplasty for critical aortic stenosis: single-center retrospective study focusing on postnatal outcome
CONCLUSION: FAV for critical aortic stenosis led to anterograde aortic flow in 89.6% of the fetuses, with BVC being achieved in 48.3% (73.7% of the live born). Among patients with BVC at birth, the rate of reintervention is high but long-term survival is satisfactory. This article is protected by copyright.
